During my time as a styling intern for Alison Hernon, Editor-in-Chief of PhotoBook Magazine, I supported editorial fashion shoots from the initial pulls all the way through returns. I assisted with showroom appointments, ensured things ran smoothly on set, and handled garment care with meticulous attention to detail. Working closely with Alison gave me a clearer sense of how strong visuals, thoughtful casting, and mindful brand choices can shape a powerful editorial story. The experience sharpened my eye for detail, taught me how to stay grounded in fast-paced environments, and reinforced my passion for styling that feels both elevated and inclusive.
